Nice area close to the subway system to get anyone in the city only thing which is not a bad thing, there is no staff available physically but if you call the number they pick up and help you with whatever they can. Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 18 month old son. Staff were very friendly, the location was perfect to see the Guggenheim and walk around the area and the breakfast which is extra was great, the view was fantastic and was a really good atmosphere, worth doing once during your stay.
