"客室はティッシュが硬くて鼻をかむと鼻の下が痛くなりました。
お風呂場に換気がなくて、大丈夫なのかな？と思いました。
フロントでタオルを替えてもらうのに、長い列に並ぶのが寒くて辛かったです。
フロントから見えるところに置いて、自分で取り替えられるようにして欲しいです。
食事は２年前に利用した時より美味しくなっていたような気がします。
60周年、おめでとうございます。
これからも頑張ってください。"
