"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"This property is an absolute gem in tokyo. Onsite onsen, expansive gardens, large rooms, and 5 star service. i can’t say enough about what a great experience this has been for us ( this was our 4th stay here). Kumiko and the entire team at the concierge desk are the best! they always provide the best recommendations and reservations for us. 5 stars all around! "

"Great location to Dotonbori. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient baggage storage area. Did not like how small the room was. Bathroom was tiny with no where to put your toiletries. Room itself (a triple) was tight. It looks larger in the pictures. Overall, nice hotel but would prefer a bigger room. "

"We stayed with our 8 year old in a bunk bed style bed. Great decision. The bunk bed has individual lighting to our son could sleep on the top while we had some light on our level. The hotel has very small rooms with a tiny capsule style bathrooms. There is no reataurant (or breakfast) in the hotel but there is a Starbucks 5min away next to the train station and plenty of authentic Japanese places to eat lunch or dinner. The room showed some wear and tear visible on carpet but it was clean. Staff...

"The staffs are kind and accommodating, location was superb lots of convenient stores and restaurants around the area, close to Shibuya crossing, Shinjuku and Ginza, I highly recommend this hotel. "
