"All the attention to detail was reflected in our stay. From the warm welcome, the staff's service, the linens provided to make us feel at home, the drum and piano show, the food, and the wonderful garden. "For people who wants to take bus to Fuji mountain, please check the schedule with the front desk. We did not check and found that the schedule was different from the website. You need to plan the shuttle well so that you don't miss the bus, or just take a taxi in order to take the bus. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the bus stop.
