"It's old, the carpets are disgusting, the internet doesn't work the room was DIRTY!....Take it from me, you do not want to stay here. the staff was very nice, continually explaining why internet was non-functional.....Beyond that- forget it!"

"温泉がとても素晴らしく出た後もずっとホカホカしていました。 朝食も大変手が混んでいて、私は和定食をお願いしていたのですが、とても早く行ってしまい炊き込みご飯が間に合わないとの事で、迷惑をかけてしまったのですが、料理長の方が自ら説明してくださり、本当に親切なホテルだと思いました。ライブで行ったので滞在時間が短く満喫できなかったので、今度はぜひゆっくり堪能したいと思います。"
