"The beach view is obviously great, and the reason for coming here as it's affordable. The reason it's affordable is due to the tired conditions. The balcony was filthy and my partner had to clean the chairs with wet loo roll and the railings to lean on. The room itself was clean enough, although the bathroom didn’t make me feel like I wanted to have a bath, and i usually like to take the opportunity in a hotel. We didn't really enjoy breakfast, egg and bacon ok, sausages and hash browns not. I would rate it closer to 3*. I would stay again, because of the location. "

"Well appointed, clean, efficient hotel. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good - but a minor pointer: some black pudding and some hash browns instead of potatoes would have elevated it from good to excellent 😄 Would stay again."
