"The apartment is in a great location. The apartments are not lettered. There’s no front desk. So, you don’t have any way to know which one is yours. I messaged the host with questions about check in and never heard back. The apartments on the main level do not have outdoor space that is featured in the pictures. The door opens into a parking space that was occupied by a giant truck. Only small windows so very little natural light. The front door is not very sturdy. But, has about 7 locks on...

"Had an exceptional experience. This was our most relaxing vacation to date. Kids club was excellent with a whole day of scheduled activities- tennis lessons, arts and crafts, movies with popcorn, Disney inspired daily performances, board games, video games. The teachers made all kids feel included. All hotel staff was so kind and just seemed happy to work here. No birds or bugs to bother you because of the resident hawk on property. The adult schedule included beach volleyball, water aerobics, ping pong, yoga. We even played tennis and tried pickleball. Nightly performances in the evening- casino and karaoke, dance performances, mime show, acrobatics show. All female Mariachi band nightly at dinner. Shout out to our man Alberto who made our daily breakfast a lovely experience. We had an amazing time and will be back! "

"We loved our stay! The pool is a fun time! Swim up bar and activities. The beach has the blockades in the water, so it’s easy to swim. The food options were alright. We ate at all the restaurants. I’d say the buffet was an upgrade from some other places I’ve stayed. Just ask for salt and pepper, makes such a difference! The panini machine was top notch! The breakfast across from the buffet was great! Ala carte. They also have a late night taqueria most nights- taco bar! Hell yeah! I really don’t have a complaint. Tip the pool servers-and Ask them to help find a lounger! They will! We never got up early to save a chair! "
