I highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed here multiple times and it has never disappointed. Super clean. Super friendly staff. Rooftop pool is amazing and clean. Best tacos in the city right outside the door. Stay here!!

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient to many restaurants, food stands and bars. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The only small issue was that street noise was sometimes audible which didn’t bother me but could be a factor for light sleepers.

Great modern apartments with updated furnishings and baths. Safe area with a lot of activity even in the late hours of the night. Only issue was staying in the front lower level apartments can be a little noisy in early morning with traffic, rooster, and Church bells. Also the cleaning staff was great and accommodating, we just had to remind them to fill the shower soap.

My second week long stay at Tres Marias. Big, clean rooms with all the amenities. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. Small building so its feels safe. For me the location is the number one reason I will stay a third time. Close to everything.

Entrance is nestled in the building and a little hard to find but once you do find the entrance you will be so amazed at this luxury and spacious hotel. It’s so tranquil within and calming. every one of the staff members takes pride and respect in all that they do.

Superb property and service -- small, intimate, helpful staff, 4-5 flat blocks from restaurants, beach, etc. Love the rooftop pool and outdoor living room area. The only downside is that only street parking is available.

Stayed here for seven nights in May 2024. The location in Zona Romantica is great – close to all manner of terrific restaurants, food stands and bars. It's a very clean and well-maintained properly, with someone in the onsite office 24 hours a day. There was construction happening on the building behind this one, which sometimes got noisy, but the crews finish by 6pm and don't start up again until 9 or 10am.

This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and I booked this place on a whim because it looked close to everything I was interested in doing. It was truly one of the best stays I have ever had. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly daily and the management was extremely communicative and informative throughout the entire process. The property is clean and in a safe area and getting Ubers was a breeze. Someone is on site for 24 hours a day and able to help with any questions or suggestions. Everyone was extremely nice and the property was amazing! We will definitely be back! Five stars!

Do not book this on Expedia. You will get the worst room. Great property and nice apartment. But the view I had was of the construction wall next door. And the pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. The ladies who work downstairs were very sweet and helpful. The property was very clean and well kept. But my view was awful and I was really upset about that. I would recommend booking directly with the property and ensuring your booking includes a view.
