Basic room but very clean and confortable. The roof deck and pool area were fantastic. The front desk staffs were very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. Very central and close to the beach.

This property has it all. Clean, bright, close to everything, quiet, newer, good pool, good price. We were from Canada and if your looking for a hotel to stay in Zihuatanejo for a few nights stay here.

Winter Get Away

Spent 12 days here recently. Nice clean but simple rooms. You are issued a key card that you have to put in a slot to run the lights and the a/c unit. Wasn't really a issue as the room did cool off quickly in the afternoon heat. Daily room cleaning wasn't necessary. If you wanted cleaning, you leave your key card at the front desk and the service was provided. Pool area was clean and with some nice views of the city. Pool was on the cooler side, but refreshing in the hot afternoons. Will definitely stay here again!!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and super helpful with all our requests. The bed was comfortable and everything is very clean. There is an elevator which we definitely appreciated since we were on the 4th floor. The rooftop pool is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely breeze and a panaromic view of Zihuatenejo. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

Best part is the pool area, beautiful pool with amazing views as it's on the roof of the hotel. Hotel common areas are clean, room was clean upon arrival. Location is good, close to downtown. There's a laundromat downstairs so there's a bit of noise from that but it's not too bad.
