"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "The room was clean, but dated. The staff were friendly and very helpful We didn't have breakfast there, but only because we had other arrangements. We did have dinner the three nights we stayed, all of the meals were excellent and well presented. Parking was not a problem, enough space for all guests and staff. The hotel is an old property that oozes character and the garden is quiet and relaxing. The room we had does need some tlc to be honest, but for 3 nights it was acceptable."
