"Rooms were clean as well as the overall property, parking was easy and secure. Rooms don’t have closet hangers or shower mats but were provided upon request. 1st room had a broken door locking latch and 2nd room had a bathroom door handle that was very loose that needs attention. Expedia’s check-in info is a little confusing but staff at the hotel are always available to attend in person a reception. "This was a great place to stay in Roma Norte area. Easy walk to great restaurants, parks, etc. Would definitely recommend. The only issue staying in this area is the noise. It is close to two main intersections where there’s quite a bit of traffic all day and most of the night. We were sincerely grateful to the front desk staff. They were very kind and attentive."
