We chose this hotel over a nearby competitor (with lower rates and bigger bed available) because they advertised that baby crib was available, but this was not the case and the reception staff was amused or surprised that we thought they would have a crib. "Hotel staff were surprised when I checked in as a single female and after seeing the room I realised why. The lock on the door had been broken and was not fixed, the windows on a first floor room did not close - this meant the room was 40 degrees Celsius and raised security concerns. There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. "
