"It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at Opus was great. The only thing that was annoying were the doors to the rooms were not soft closing so heard alot of banging shut. We had an awesome balcony that overlooked the harbor. It was a rainy day but nice to be able to sit out there."

"Second stay, nice hotel. Room had an odd ordor; bed ok, couch not comfortable at all. Faces bed so difficult to watch tv but for one night a nice stay."

"NASA(ヒューストン宇宙センター)へ観光に行くために宿泊しました。NASAへのアクセスがよくて、場所としては非常によかったです。ホテルも内装が綺麗で清潔でした。スタッフの対応も適切でした。朝食も、ワッフルメーカーなどお子様が楽しめるものも置いてあったりしてよかったと思います。唯一問題だったのは、エレベーター故障です。4Fの部屋が割り当てられたのですが、スーツケースを階段で運ぶのに難儀しました。それ以外は、特には問題なしです。ハリケーンが来ている時に宿泊しましたが、直撃はまぬがれたのでNASA観光も楽しめました。"

"The hotel had a musty smell. One of the beds was tilting so like sleeping on a hill. Pool was dirty - my daughter cleared out some debris and frogs before using it."

"The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The only thing that I would suggest needs to be updated is the blankets. They are pretty thin. I’m glad I got two beds because during the night I got cold and took the blanket off the other bed and put it on top of me. Other than that, I would stay here again."

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and the refrigerator worked great but we woke up and there were multiple roaches on the side tables and in the bathroom. Waited a long time to be able to check in because nobody was at the desk."

"Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the pool, clean and warm to swim in. Every evening had a beer at the Cosmic Tap. Mall and restaurants close. Stayed for World Cup. Breakfast had a good variety to eat. Would stay again."
