The hotel is lovely and the restaurant is delicious. Fantastic location and amenities. The spa is excellent. The valet (Knox) was such a sport, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs when the elevator went out of service. He had a great attitude and worked so hard for everyone with a smile on his face.

The setting in the Teton Village was beautiful. The staff was pleasant but not very informed about the region and concierge was never present during our stay. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. The hotel itself was just ok but not up to the price paid. Lots of small issues that in a less expensive hotel would not be an issue but for the price we would expect much better. Some examples are the room was tight, window was filthy with an antenna dangling off the roof in front of it (interfered with the view of the mountain), no extra towels, water temperature was hard to adjust with the loose handle and the tub side was quite high making getting in and out an adventure and had to ask for the facial tissues to be replaced instead of housekeeping just doing so during their daily cleaning. Seemed like 2 star quality for 5 star price.

My husband and I were referred to Hotel Terra for our anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff of the hotel and surrounding business greatest us with smiles and warm welcomes. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine options on site. The room was a basic King and was clean and comfortable. The location in Teton village allowed us to enjoy everything Jackson has to offer and return to the comfort of this classy hotel and its neighbors. The only negatives we experienced was the restaurants favored ambiance over customer comfort. It was 70 degrees outside and the fireplaces were on inside Corsa. Made it somewhat difficult to enjoy the meal while sweating. Another is, we were not informed at check in or before that the gondola and tram were closed for private events on Fridays and Saturdays. Our anniversary was on Saturday and we were wanting to schedule a romantic dinner atop the mountains, however did not go to schedule til Thursday and they were sold out for the day and unable to accommodate, book ahead of time-lesson learned. The Chill Spa couples massage was amazing. Spa facilities were pleasurable and staff accommodating to our specific needs. All in all a fantastic 5 day vacay!

This hotel is beautiful but our room was weird. Seems like they tried to make a normal size into a suite. It was very cramped. You could barely walk around the king size bed shoe horned into a small bedroom. Housekeeping was rare and minimal when they did come. Staff was great and Teton Village is beautiful. I would stay here again if there are other, less crowded room options.
