"I had a pretty positive experience here. The beds were comfortable and the room itself was quite clean. They’re updated some areas so there was some ongoing construction at the time, but it didn’t disturb us at all. My kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The pool area was nice enough and had some areas to sit. The room had a bit of a musty odour but my kids didn’t complain. The breakfast buffet was quite good with lots of hot options. That far exceeded my expectations. Staff there and most of the front staff were really nice. It was convenient with a target, McDonald’s and some store nearby by. Easy enough to get into Ithaca and close enough to several State parks we visited. I’d come back for sure. My only complaint would be the key cards don’t unlock all of the side doors and some areas are seemingly open. They seem to get locked at night. But I’d have preferred the doors to the outside locked, and opened by a key cards. Overall, a fairly priced and convenient place."

"The room was clean. The morning staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to many food options and very close to Buttermilk Falls. Of note, there are some is no elevator so if you're not good with stairs I would request a room on the first floor."
