The hotel is clean and well situated. The room was spacious but the sofa bed in the suite was not suitable for sleeping; I do want to point out that when I spoke to the front desk about it they tried their best to address my issue. The breakfast could definitely use some healthy options, like fresh fruits and yogourt, for example. They did serve oatmeal but 2 out of the three mornings I was there it was empty before I arrived downstairs and they would not refill it. Other items were also gone midway through breakfast. I really appreciated that they had a reusable water bottle refill station in the lobby.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great benefit, and it was delicious. I really appreciated the proximity to local restaurants. I was able to walk.

We arrived at 12:05am so the shuttle wasn’t running. We took an Uber for $12.50 over the $20 Taxi . Next door to hotel were Ruby Tuesday ; Longhorns steak house; Zaxby’s! Right off International Airport drive-about 8 mins drive from airport! Pretty clean safe area. Easy checkin and checkout, Rooms are well kept up! Well stocked. I didn’t see light wine & beer but there were snacks for sell. Complimentary Breakfast 6:30-9! Nice gentleman curator of the breakfast! He was like an OG! Calm & smooth. There was a delicious taco, cheese, egg bagel! Nice shuttle ride back to airport. We tipped him $5. For me, it was the staff smiles and telling me to have a blessed day! Perfect stay!

The hotel and staff were great. While breakfast was great the first morning, after that it was very disappointing. There was a decent variety of foods; however, the preparation led to an almost inedible meal. (Almost liquid oatmeal, hot water so cold it wouldn’t make tea, meat not heated all the way through, stale/dry muffins, etc.)

AC unit was dripping in our room, causing a wet spot on the carpet. You can tell it’s a dated hotel, but the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest, but we had no issues.

All was well. Room was beautiful, big, and clean. Loved the King size bed, small refrig and microwave. enjoyed working out in the gym. Loved the free breakfast. The only thing I did not like was that the washer/dryer was not working and I was not convenient to go to another hotel.

There had been recent renovations and the room had a really strong smell like carpet glue. The lovely person at the desk sprayed the room for us but it only masked the chemicals. Rooms should be thoroughly aired out after doing intense renovations. The staff here was above and beyond.
