They dont keep their word. If u have a issue dont expect a refund. I order a room n got something else cheaper cus they can be truthful. Dont try to give money bac when they mess up. Beach was lovely but that dont have nothing to do with hitel. Stay at your own chance. Never will i come back ...

Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows
The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. I loved the “no kids in the pool area after 10pm” rule! It was great to get an hour with only adults in the pool! Will definitely stay again!
