"El personal es muy amable, atento, se preocupan por dar un excelente servicio al cliente. La piscina no tiene un escándalo de parlantes entonces se puede descansar, tomar unos traguitos y disfrutar La comida está deliciosa, probamos el tuna poke, el fetuccini tenderloin delicioso. Por cierto, el café está buenísimo."

"The hotel and staff were good, a little surprised there was no TV. Room was minimal, not large but large enough for 1 person. Looks to have a nice surfing school on site. Bar was very nice and it is located on the nicer part of the Beach"

"The room and property are clean and so well kept! Loved the pool and cabanas, a small oasis! The breakfast was perfect! Jose and Rachel at the front desk, as well as the servers and kitchen staff were all great! We’ll definitely visit in the future! Pura vida!"

"Excelente lugar. Bien lindo los cuartos. Tranquilo. Pudimos desayunar y estaba bien rica la comida. Cerca de todo. Un solo detalle no tienen estacionamiento y uno tiene que dejar el auto en la calle. Saludos desde Puerto Rico. Recomendado."

"After having a bad experience at a previous hostel we drove down the block to Jaco Laguna in hopes of finding a last minute place to stay for the week. The staff was extremely accommodating and we managed to book a beautiful room and check in immediately! The price was very fair considering its amenities, our room even had a lovely balcony with a private staircase right to the pool. The breakfast was free and delicious, and the location was amazing with beach access straight from the hotel, a surf school right next door, and even cafes, restaurants and a deli all within walking distance. Overall a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend! :)"

"Beautiful place. Away from the hustle of town. It was off season when we were there so it was very quiet. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch. Pool was awesome. Lots of stuff to do during the day in the area and then head back for a relaxing evening. Monkeys would visit most afternoons. My daughter loved the resident cats and guard dog. The animals were as friendly as the staff. Thinking about bringing more family next year."

"Personal atento, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, el desayuno incluido espectacular… lo malo, se escucha el ruido de la calle y además la gente del hotel y huéspedes se sentaban a hablar frente a nuestra habitación desde las 6am lo que nos obligaba a despertarnos bien temprano… tal vez si instalan letreros de Haga silencio, respete el descanso de los huéspedes… sería maravilloso! , lo otro fue que un día regresamos a la habitación y la habitación estaba con la puerta abierta, seguro el personal de limpieza olvidó cerrar la puerta, afortunadamente nada se nos perdió."
