"The staff is excellent, the front desk and the bellman were a blast from the past at the excellent service you come to expect from a Westin. Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper. "Room 100 has no hot water, i had to go to room 409 when i needed to shower, also the a/c did not work in room 100, they brought us one fan, for my husbands side, of the bed, not happy. The lady at the front desk applied 1000 points to a IHG acct she made for me, whats that gonna get me? A water?... i cant stay at a hotel for less than 80k points, i think i deserve a free room for a night, for the hassle, js"
