"The stay was very nice. The rooms were spacious, quiet overnight, the beds were comfortable. The shower area is a nice size. The control was a bit touchy on getting a good temperature, but ultimately you can get a good temperature. For some reason,the power in my room tripped off about 5 times (in a week). I saw how to reset the circuit breaker behind the door, so not much of a big issue. Probably something weird in that specific room. WiFi was good (if you need it). Also, a nice little patio area connected to the room, although I didn't use it. No coffee in the rooms.
Breakfast is a buffet style with numerous options, all tasty enough. Lunch and dinner are also available (buffet style) with many options. Overall the food was good. Food outside is excellent, and very reasonably priced. You can use "google lens" to translate menus, if you need to.
There are options for 2 pools in the hotel and one across the street, with smaller pools for kids with slides, etc. Also, through the lower pool area, down a few steps, and your on the beach! The hotel can provide/lend you a towel for 3 REAL (which is less than $1 US!).
Staff are very nice and try to be as helpful as possible. In some cases, not knowing Portuguese can be a bit of a challenge, but you can use google translate to help out on that.
All in all, a very nice stay, and would recommend the hotel."
