"Apesar do esforço dos funcionários, o hotel deixa muito a desejar em vários quesitos. O principal é não ter serviços após o horário comercial. Precisamos de um chá e nem água quente conseguimos. Algumas infraestruturas estão bem deterioradas e algumas com algum risco (parapeito da varanda quebrado, falta de peça na segurança da varanda.)"
