"We stayed at the hotel for 11 days over 2 separate bookings. The hotel in general is a good place to stay. The ground maintenance staff/ house keeping and a couple of the reception workers were kind and welcoming and always smiling. There were a few reception workers who were not so welcoming and rude. 1st booking - the room we booked was not available so the hotel provided an upgrade.
