I hate to give 2 stars to such a good property with good rooms , excellent heritage vibes and with all facilities but staff and service was terrible. As we entered our luggage was unloaded and brought to our room for more than an hr. Room phones werent working so had to go to desk to get internet started. Anything you request from staff and front desk would take forever to be entertained even breakfast service the waiter forgot our orders and vallet service is non existent. I wish this facility would be run better with adequate staff so i can give it 5 stars which it deserves.

Comfortable but not authentic

We booked the hotel since it was advertised as a heritage hotel & expected authentic Rajasthani food. While the hotel decor and hospitality were good (though playing western music instead of Indian!) we were disappointed to find that the breakfast and hotel menu catered mostly to international guests. Would have been good if they served guests the Rajasthani specialities like Da Baati Churma, Laal Maas , Ker Sangri . Even the evening dance program while entertaining is short & targeted for the international tourists. Give it a skip if you are looking for authentic Rajasthani hospitality.

Beautiful hotel, poor service

This hotel is beautiful. We chose a room in the middle of the price range, and it was wonderful with an extra seating area and a stunning bathroom. The service, however, did not match that quality. After we checked in, I tried calling housekeeping to ask for more hangars (only three in the closet for two people for four days) and glasses. Phone didn't work, so I went to the front desk to ask. Nothing happened, so the next day I found someone from housekeeping and was promised the items would be sent right away. Nothing happened. I gave up and draped my clothes over the closet rod. The glasses, even in our bathroom, never once were changed during the four days, so we rinsed them out as best we could. Wifi never worked. Breakfasts were adequate, nothing special. The only truly good service was in the rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed pleasant dinners.

Nice, Comfortable hotel

We stayed for three nights as part of a visit to Jaipur and Agra. The hotel is beautiful, it is lavishly furnished and recreates a sense of days of old. We arrived late at night and had been given a twin bedded room rather than the KIng sized bed we had booked. In the morning, after a disturbed nights sleep due to sleeping in a single sized bed I requested a room change which at first they told me was not possible due to the hotel being full. After an unnecessary heated discussion the room change was made available. The following lunch time food in the restaurant was from a limited menu due to staffing issues which meant we couldn't eat what we would have liked. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and good quality. Wifi was very poor. It was a comfortable stay but a little spoilt by not being given the room that was booked and then argumentative reception staff not wishing to change the room.

Good location. We were in a standard room a floor below the terrace and unfortunately it was very noisy at night with tables and chairs being moved. One of the bed covers did have a mark on it. The staff were helpful and checked that you were happy with everything.

Wonderful service in a beautiful hotel

My second stay here and I'd recommend this hotel without a doubt. The staff are friendly, professional, courteous and try their very best to accommodate guests' requests. The breakfast buffet was great, everything looked fresh and clean and it was nice to have the garden just outside the restaurant. Shahpura House is ornate and a one-of-a-kind place :) Stay here if you're in Jaipur.

Jaipurの駅からも近いですが、閑静な場所にあるホテルです。昔のマハラジャの邸宅を改装しているらしく、とてもかわいいホテルです。ホスピタリティもバッチリです。ホテル内にはプールやバー、ビリヤードスペースがありました。部屋は清潔で広く、シャワーも問題なしです。スリッパやバスローブがあるともっと良かったです。今回Jaipurは1泊2日の旅で短い滞在でしたが、連泊して色々見たかったなと思いました。また泊まりたいです。
