"The best place to stay in Jaipur. Just 15 minutes from the city center and the tourist area, it offers great peace and quiet and a wonderful rest. They helped me arrange a tour to visit the city and reconfirm my train tickets. The restaurant is wonderful, with a great menu and both vegan and non-vegan options. The room was 5 out of 5! Everything was perfect."

"Stayed only one night but had a great time. The hotel is convenient located with a rooftop overlooking the Taj Mahal. Staff is very friendly and helpful; specially Sebastian who greeted us with a friendly smile. Definitely recommended!"

"Lack of communication. Had a three occupancy room and the hotel staff had no idea on handling this. Had already requested for extra bed and they ask for additional money despite payment already done during booking. Room was not ready with extra bed and had to wait for sometime until it came in. Room service also had similar experience. Even after seeing an extra bed, they were providing only two towels. Found it very strange that the shower did not have any curtains or doors. Thus the entire bathroom would be wet and difficult to use thereafter. Also the hot water temperature is not controlled. Early checkout is also a mess if you ask for a packed breakfast. They provide for only one person. Staff lacks training at this place. Until the staff gets enough training, I would not recommend staying there. Better to stay somewhere else and just spend money to visit the village one of the evenings as that is beautiful. I will not consider this to be a 5 star hotel. "
