"I have been traveling around the world for many years , and this is one of the best hotel that I ever been , beautiful hotel , the service was awesome everybody went the extra mile to make your stay amazing , the pool and the gym at the 71 floor its was beautiful , they gave me a a beautiful room in the 85th floor , overall amazing hotel , highly recommended , for sure I will be there again"

"It was clean and well maintained but no swimming pool and the ac didn't cool the room the way I needed I have seizures so a cold room is important. Other then that staff was amazing and hotel itself is in fact beautiful. It's still worth the experience if they upgrade the ac and have the pool running it would be fantastic One day I look forward to returning i hope these get fixed because both me and my fiance really enjoyed our stay."
