Close to shops/ food/ groceries. The pools are dreamy and there’s lots of space. The room is quaint with a good view and the host was really great. Plus ac. All around amazing value for stay and I would go back just for the pool area itself.

It's OK. Would be good if the toilet paper is a new one given I booked for over 1 week, we have to buy our own water. Still prefer the Oakwood Apartment next to it, has a physiccal reception on spot, 1 galon water, room service and laundry detergen provided.

The owner rented their units. I thought the receptionist would have the keys in hand but you need to wait for someone who would meet you at the front. They provide, towels, and sheets. Amenities were great only thing is the whirlpool should be heated pool water. Or heated pool in indoor.

The Gold Coast apartment is good. Clean and comfortable. I especially like the location, which is about 20 mins from airport. Unfortunately, I had problems upon checkout. After informing the agent a couple of days earlier that i wanted to check out at 9am, receiving the agent's acknowledgement, i waited at least 45 mins on last day without any person coming to take over the room as well as to refund my cash deposit. As i had a flight to catch, I deposited the access card and key to the letter box. Currently, I'm still owed the cash deposit.

Overall will not recommend

You need to contact the person in order to get keys to the property. The process of communication is one of the worst, if not the worst I've experienced. The runner was late for half an hour for the meeting time. The room is dusty, without toilet rolls, sink drainage was clogged. Overall will not recommend for the amount of frustration they give during a vacation.

Everything about the place is great. But the check in check out process is terrible. If you want to check out and go to the airport allow an extra 15-45mins to meet someone in the foyer to get your deposit back. Even with an extra hours notice they will be late and add more stress to catch your flight. Not worth the hassle of what is otherwise a nice place. Check in was the same, even with advanced notice. This could be fixed with lock boxes on the wall, then it would be 5 stars. Please change check in and check out process or just pick a different hotel. Its not worth it and I was lucky to have a native Indonesian speaker to help out. Could of been worse
