Having travelled to over 10 countries, Raffles Jakarta was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself was spacious and well designed. The highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went beyond the usual pleasantries and actually wanted to have proper conversations, showing genuine interest. Would happily return the next time I am in Jakarta.

We had a lovely stay at the MO Jakarta. The outstanding factor was the staff - kind, helpful and efficient. With extra touches, our stay exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

Fantastic staff in an amazing building. Really well maintained with great amenities in a good location. The food & the view from the restaurant was spectacular.

We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found...

The hotel is modern, comfortable and well run. Grand Cafe is a bit dull, but the Burgundy Bar and C's Steak & Seafood Restaurant is excellent. Club Level breakfast was pedestrian, but a minor issue.
