Important thing to know - to go up in the elevator you need to wave your key card over a sensor above the keys before you try to press the button for your floor. Also the young women in the cafe (Daniya??) is very friendly and helpful (she likes to practice her English).

The hotel is in a good location for travellers heading to the airport as it helps us avoid the notorious jams of Jakarta. However, dining options are limited as the surrounding area are mostly hotels , hence all dining options has to travel or by hotel.

Staff are fantastic. Because of unexpected itinerary changes, my wife ans I ended up with two reservations for one night each via Expedia. We didn’t have breakfast, which costs extra, included in the reservation for the first morning, but it was included in the second morning. When we found out on the first morning that we would have to leave the hotel to catch our flight before breakfast was served on the second morning, we immediately asked if the breakfast could be transferred to the first morning. The gentleman at reception made a quick phone call to the dining hall and said, “No problem! They are waiting for you. Enjoy your breakfast.” And we did. It was a big and delicious breakfast buffet with enough delicious options to satisfy a married couple who are vegan and avoiding sugar. It was less expertly buy the breakfast on Expedia ($6) than in person at the hotel (equivalent of $8). Either way, though, the value was good for the money.
