It was a bit far from the airport, but the hotel was nice and clean. There is a shopping mall near the hotel, so it's really convenient.

Love the hospitality of hotel

Whole front desk staffs are amazingly pleasant and make us welcome to a home. The hotel manager Fandi and Esti are great assets and they listen and obliged. Good location, clean and tidy. Will return to stay

Beautiful hotel

The hotel was beautiful. From the lobby to the room, everything was great. The room was amazing and very clean and spacious. One area that could be improved is it looked like there was a little bit of mold growing in the corners of the shower. But it wasn’t bad and could probably be taken care of pretty easily. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any requests I had. The location is also very conveniently located within a five minute walk to a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. And it’s quick and easy to get a grab or a taxi to take you anywhere you want to go. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Jakarta in the future.

The Manager of the hotel gave us an upgrade for a reasonable price as my mother was disabled. Exceptional customer service with great staff and facilities. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back to Wyndham Casablanca.

Nice hotel but an older building

This was a nice stay, comfortable bed, good location but unfortunately dated bathroom which was really moldy and produced an unpleasant smell. WiFi also wasn't working the best on some day. Staff are extremely nice and helpful, service was amazing.

Check in was terrible,1st lady at the counter was not friendly. Hotel is very near to a big mall and this is a big plus. Swimming pool not well maintained, water was not clear. Breakfast was okay. This is my 3rd stay and don't know if I will come back

A Lovely Hotel With Pool & Spa

One of my favourite hotels, staff are helpful and friendly, room was comfortable and I slept well (Room 1604 last week) Nice gesture from hotel in that they left me cake for my birthday in my room , thank you. There’s a massive mall 5 mins away called Kasablanca for when you’re bored , the basement has many food dining shops. The 2 restaurants in the hotel serve high quality food at western prices. Breakfast was very good in their basement restaurant. There are taxis parked in the hotel, just ask the doorman and they will summon a cab for you. To reach central city will take about 40 minutes and will cost about 50,000 Rupiah metered (£2.50). Also install the GRAB app for taxis, it’s like Uber and you can use in Jakarta and Bali. I would visit again. My only feedback to the breakfast managers is to keep some gluten free bread - most other top hotels do , they freeze the bread and defrost and warm for the guest as needed. Other hotels bake it themselves, slice and freeze. Anyway, this is a lovely hotel
