"The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. It was also very hot. We couldnt find any controls for the floor heating so we had to sleep with the window open. But the bath was nice and it was a sizeable room. The staff was also very helpful and held our bags for us. "

"They offered a variety of noodles and bread as well as offering cereal for breakfast options. They also had vending machines for coffee and snacks in the lounge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially being a foreigner it was easy to check in and out and the room was very spacious and provided many amenities. I'm grateful I was able to stay at this hotel for a week. "

"The rooms are small, but very comfortable. Wasn't able to watch TV, cause EVERYTHING WAS IN KOREAN!
The things I REALLY disliked, the reception/ check in counter was ONLY available from 10am to 3pm.
Also, there were 3 Gentlemen's Clubs next door, across the street, and not 50 feet down the street !"

"Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression."
