Payment needed in cash only. They claimed that the internet was weak. True, internet worked 20 percent of the time and signal was weak. Outstanding king size mattress, sheets and pillows. Good AC. Good location.

I liked this hotel but i didnt understand why they wanted me to wear a wristband ... so i didnt. We also had no hot water so that was a thing. But the bed was comfortable and it was conveniently located.

El personal es muy amable y atento, la habitación estuvo muy limpia y amplia, la alberca se veía limpia también y el ambiente en su bar "La Cigarra" estuvo agradable, sin duda fue una buena elección en mi viaje.

Estuvimos dos noches y nunca se hizo limpieza de la habitación. Al regresar al hotel en el segundo día, ya por la noche, lo encontramos tal y cual lo dejamos por la mañana temprano. Estoy jamás lo había pasado en ninguna otra ocasión. Terrible

Mala opción para hospedarse

El hotel tiene algo parecido a un presurizador de agua que hace ruido cada cierto tiempo, día y noche, lo cual hace imposible descansar si tienes el sueño ligero. El hotel está tan cerca del centro que se escucha demasiado fuerte las campanadas de la iglesia a las 5:00 am en domingo y melodías que ponen a las 6;00 am, todos los días, lo cual interrumpe el descanso, la habitación tenía un sillón extremadamente sucio y en general mucha suciedad abajo de los muebles, el servicio y disponibilidad del personal muy mal, pedí hielos y me dijeron que yo mismo fuera al bar por ellos, no tienen personal las 24 horas y en nuestra estancia a unos huéspedes los dejaron en la calle ya que llegaron tarde y no les informaron a qué hora cerraban el hotel y después de mucho ruido para que les abrieran, fueron a abrirles. en general, no considero que sea una buena opción para hospedarse.
