I respectfully request that you review this matter urgently and process a refund for one of the duplicate charges without delay. For your reference, I have attached copies of my credit card statements showing both transactions to support this claim. " had a wonderful four night stay at Arabian Park, Dubai. The hotel was immaculate. My room on the sixth floor was kept clean & tidy by the lovely maids team who were on hand daily. The front desk staff were very attentive, always approachable & very helpful. They really couldn’t do enough to make my stay as pleasurable & memorable as it was. Breakfast was 5*. An amazing buffet with everything you could possibly want to start your day. Lovely waiter/waitress team too. Very attentive. It’s an 11/10 score from me. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this hotel."

"Rude staff at pool side and waterpark. 3 people questioned if my newborn was wearing a swim nappy, then went on to ask why it looks swollen. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Manager did nothing to resolve apart from say sorry. We left early "

"Even after govt’s suggestions not to checkout. They are asking their guests to leave the hotel. Not accommodating even in the current situation. Zera empathy from the staff members and hotel. They are money sucking machines"
