"This was the neatest place I've stayed at. The building is gorgeous and they've kept the historic aspects of it very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure. "The rooms are good ,well designed and decent size. Staff are friendly but we smelled cigar smell in the reception from staff. AC sound is loud in the night and can hear noise from the other rooms."

"The air conditioning was good, but don’t expect much ice from the ice machine. I barely managed to fill my water bottle. The refrigerator worked well and had a nice freezer. I appreciated grab bars in the bathtub. The beds were comfortable."

I called the hotel to let them know and seek some compensation and was denied, which they claimed that I had gotten them from bringing out my luggage at gas stations. "We would stay here again out of necessity, but it is definitely on my list of last resorts. The room was clean; however the building shows signs of disrepair. There's limescale build up on the showerheads, stains in the carpet, loose tiles outside the 3rd floor elevator, and the pool's maintenance was questionable. Breakfast left much to be desired with.
