"Staff could have a better attitude . the rooms need to be cleaned better also when I first got to my room, the door was locked, but the maintenance man in it with and he left out with his lunch bag and jacket"

"When I went to check in the man at the front desk, heavyset white guy had clearly an attitude. He did not want to greet me and when he checked me in, he like shoed me away with his hands like get out of here. Very rude off putting. Some other staff left some of the cleaning supplies in the room other than that everything else seem to be clean in order."

"I checked in and enterered my room to the immediate smell of mold. I walked in the bathroom and there was visible black mold all above the bathtub. The front desk was very kind in understanding my need for a refund. Management seemed conserened. The lobby was stuffy and hot, turn the air on and there might not be mold."

"This is the cutest Victorian Inn. The concierge was super nice and we even got an invite to “social hour” with complimentary glass of wine or beer. If we didn’t move into town I would stay there every time we came to town. Oh and the cat that roams the place is adorable!"

"We arrived 45 minutes after check in a the lady at the front desk was grumpy and was kinda sassy. She said we can’t go to our room because it’s not ready. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes she said we can go now. We get to our room and let’s just say it this way I don’t know why we had to wait because cleaning was not the reason. It was not freshly cleaned. She was just having a bad day and was making customers pay because of her problems. "

"The breakfast was amazing!! The only complaint was that the pool was green and gross. But the hotel staff was great and everything in the gym was brand new!!!"

"We emjoyed our stay. Hotel was conveniently located, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets/pillows/towels were good quality, which sometimes isn’t the case in older hotels like this. Knocked off one star because of mildew on our shower walls which should have been addressed but otherwise our room and the hotel itself felt very clean."
