"It is unfortunate that the hotel cancelled my accomodation after my reporting at the hotel on the appointed day.
I had a confirmed booking at the hotel for 05 May 2019. I reported at the hotel at 14.30 Hrs on 5 may and the person at the reception expressed his inability to provide the accommodation. Thus putting my and my family to terrible inconvenience.

"It's a nice hotel with a view of lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. it is a nice hotel but we didn't have WiFi in our room and there was dust on bed and weird smell from bathroom. So it'd be perfect if they can fix those. Overall we had a nice stay "
