"The hotel is clean, it is not new but with good maintenance. The breakfast options includes some fruits like apple and banana, salad fruit, yoghurt, bread, and some pastries (cupcake and donuts). The parking lot looks safe. The front desk staff was very kind and ready to help."

"Our king size bed in 210 was terrible and very lumpy. Rented the king suite for four people, and there was only two towels and no bedding for the pullout couch and they did not have any extra pillows available at the front desk. We had rented two king-size suites for seven people and were not provided with any extra bedding, extra pillows or towels. "AC was stuck on one speed, no hand soap, only 3 bottles of shampoo. The 2 pillows on the king size bed were tiny toddler size. Outlets were loose and falling off the wall. Lamp switches are broken and difficult to operate. The main elevator is broken so i had to walk all the way around to get to the stairwell. There were police investigating a crime down the hall. I could hear fighting and yelling outside that evening. Trash and litter all over the property. Homeless people roaming around...

"Parking was hard. AC was ok. Most of the furniture was damaged. Tv in the living room was missing. Bathroom curtain rod hanging about to fall down. Bathroom door was damaged with hole. Bedroom door was bent like someone kicked it. Too much people loitering around the property at night. People smoking in the elevator. In my opinion it is not worth the price of what I paid for and the whole property needs to be cleaned and fixed from the damage. Property felt unsafe. "

"They canceled our reservation for 3 nights literally as we were being picked up from the airport by their own shuttle. Spring break weekend, and how could i find another hotel for 3 nights when the city is packed with tourists?! They said my credit card was declined because expedia didnt put a high enough amount on it. OUR CREDIT IS EXCELLENT. So instead of contacting me and asking, they simply cancelled the whole reservation, and then rebooked our room to someone else!!! When we got there off...

"Stayed one night. Had the basic amenities and staff was friendly. Room was dirty and clearly not cleaned prior to our check-in. We found a cigarette butt inbetween the mattress and bedframe. The tables and flat surfaces weren't wiped down and had some residue on them. The duvet had dried questionable stains on it. The bathroom sink was dirty and the shower drain had debris still stuck in it. The walls were dirty and could use a fresh paint job. "
