"I was there with my teenage boys and we avg had our own bed! Rooms and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were wonderful. We loved the location, wandering out at night for a bite was so easy. Great access to trains and walking distance to many attractions! Great breakfast as well! Highly recommend!!"

"We were traveling as a family. Our experience was not good. Hotel location is great, walking distance to Ginza, subway, restaurants etc. Stuff is good. However, hotel is older than it looks on the photos. There was a smell coming from toilet to our room heavily from the first moment we checked in. Room furniture and bathroom amenities were dusty. Hotel is crowded : breakfast with queue, poor wifi in the room. Also noisy during the night as you hear cars from the streets. Last day, There was a fire alarm early morning and the announcement was only Japanese, all the tourists went to corridor with panic to understand if it is real or not. Minutes later, guests called and walked downstairs to the reception,then they did an English announcement which was really frustrating and frightening experience especially waking up with an alarm. We wont stay there again unfortunately "

"This hotel is super great located. Shimbashi station is right there with all the restaurants and bars and also you can walk to Ginza to all the nice shopping. Rooms are tiny. Me and my husband are chubby so we had to let one pass to move to a side of the room because the space is super limited. Keeps you organized !"

"Once adjusted the air conditioning in the room was fine. I arrived a little early for check-in and the staff informed me that the room was ready, but I would have to pay an hourly fee to access the room early. This seemed strange and inhospitable. I arrived around 1:15PM. Normal check in is 3:00PM. I did not take them up on their offer and was put off by the whole situation. The staff was kind but not overly hospitable. The breakfast was fair. Housekeeping staff was running the vacuum during the breakfast hours in the breakfast area. A bit strange. "
