10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay at Ramada in Hinton. It’s the first hotel as you enter town from the Jasper side. The room was clean and spacious. Paint seemed recent. The staff at the front desk was the only staff we interacted with and we had a great experience with everyone. Might not be the fanciest hotel, but you have what you need, enough towels, and a comfortable bed. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was fine. Had the basics. Would recommend if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, clean hotel."

Lakeview Inns & Suites - Hinton

6/10 Okay

"Rooms could do with updating. Decor depressing. Microwave in the room but no plates or cutlery. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The walls were thin so any movement from next door or above could be heard. No nets at the window so unable to open the curtains as the room looked out onto the parking lot. The continental breakfast was good and well worth the money."

2/10 Terrible

"Awful place with Mice in our room. We had to wait past check in time for our room to be ready even though check in is very late at 4pm. Room seemed nice but woken during the night to the sound of tiny feet in the room. Found mice running around and in the fireplace. Appreciate these are cabins in a natural environment but mice in the room is not acceptable. Over priced and staff are pretty unhelpful. Will not be staying here again."
