"Beds are comfortable. Floors could use an update. Toilets are low to the ground. Shower drain is corroded and looks rough. Floors were wet so had to keep shoes on. Breakfast was nice, eggs were gone at 9am on a Thursday. "

"This hotel has better views than others at more than double the price. It is impeccable and extremely quiet. Indeed, we never saw another guest, although the parking was mostly full. Lakeview is across the street from the best market in Kirkland, which also serves excellent coffee and to-die-for fresh cookies. Our room was spacious and contained everything needed.
