"Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. But i did encounter tons of bats flying over pool in last night which scared the life of of me. Needless to say i cut my swim short. "The property was being refurbished. Aside from the one restaurant, there was nothing else on property. Limited amenities. Excellent staff and service though. "

"Room was booked with a higher rate for an ocean view. We arrived early and the very friendly staff put us immediately into a room with ocean "glimpse". We pointed out the error, they were very responsive and put us into another room with "half" an ocean view. Whether this was because we were at the hotel before check-in time and they were aiming to please or whether it was because they had no full ocean view room is beyond me as the language was prohibitive.
