Disappointed

The room was warm unfortunately there was no hot water. Being January the restaurant was closed so even for a warm drink and food we had to go out in below freezing temperatures. The bed was very clean. No food or drink allowed in the rooms.

The blind didn't close properly and the room was hot, having been in the sun. We were grateful for the fan that was supplied. The beds were comfortable enough but we were disturbed by other guests outside. There's no overhead light and so the room was quite dark with just a light over the desk and bed. The shower was refreshing.

Room basic, facilities getting old but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. For the price this is understandable and was ok for my 1 night stop over. Autonomous check-in was easy and the telephone support before arrival was friendly and efficient. Very close to futuroscope and the ALDI across the road opens early enough for supplies.

This property does not match the publicity photos - they must be at least ten years old! The reception didn’t even have any lights on and there was nowhere to get coffee. The place is shabby, the decor is faded, the bed was a worn out foam mattress on two planks of wood! The bedding was faded and had cigarette burns in it! The walls of the rooms are not soundproofed. I’m a biker and I’ve stayed in rough places but this was disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this place but I recommend Expedia removes it from the portfolio of properties.

une nuitée au Brit hôtel Essentiel POITIERS

Bon accueil à la réception, chambre très propre et opérationnelle pour une nuitée, matelas confortable...... Cependant, pour plusieurs nuitées et pour 2 personnes le manque de penderies afin de suspendre des vêtements fait défaut. La superficie de la chambre y est pour beaucoup.

ça dépanne bien pour 1-2 nuits au Futuroscope

Le personnel de la réception est aux petits soins, hôtel pas cher situé à 15 minutes à pied environ du parc de Futuroscope et de la gare TGV, le supermarché Aldi etc. Par contre, très chaud en août et bruyant au rez-de-chaussée, prévoir un ventilateur de qualité (celui fourni ne fait pas trop l'affaire).

Très bonne accueil de Ousmane au top ! Le + : Chambre rénové, calme, propreté rien a redire, buffet du petit déjeuner avec suffisamment de choix. Le - : chambre petite et pas de clim cependant un ventilateur est a disposition. Il serait bien d'avoir un porte manteau fixé au mur ou sur la porte d'entrée pour accrocher une veste ou autre. Merci.

Avisé que llegaríamos tarde, al cierre de Futuroescope. Me dijeron que me enviaban instrucciones con un código para obtener la llave, y a las 20h no había recibido nada. Tuve que llammar y reclamar. Al margen de esta incidencia que me puso muy nerviosa, el hotel es muy sencillo, es lo que pagas, pero pillamos mucha calor y tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta al no haber aire acondicionado

Petit hôtel sympathique, top rapport qualité-prix

Petit hôtel sympathique, personnel(le)s très gentil cordialement avec le sourire avec des petites infos ou idée pour le futuroscope. Chambre très propre, bonne literies, pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur dans la chambre qui fut fortement apprécié car la période de notre séjour était très chaude. L'hôtel se trouve juste à côté d'un axe principal mais malgré la fenêtre ouverte nous n'avons pas été dérangé pour le bruit des véhicules. Pour le petit déjeuner sa reste classique (pain, viennoiseries, beurre, confiture, pâte à tartiner chocolat noisette, céréales, fromage blanc, compote jus de fruits (deux choix), café, thé (différents parfums), lait, chocolat en poudre). J'avoue que des fuites frais en plus m'aurait bien plu mais sa reste très bien pour le prix. Pour les à côtés, conté 20 min de marche avec un enfant pour le futuroscope mais le chemin ce fait très bien, il y a Aldi et un Auchan sur le chemin si vous voulez pas acheté votre nourriture au parc. Conclusion: hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix. Si je dois revenir plusieurs jours au Futuroscope je ne chercherai pas un autre hôtel et y retourner avec grand plaisir et je le recommanderais à tout le monde.
