"The hotel was clean and confy. The customer service was nice and friendly. The phone in the room did not work out so everytime we need to ask customer service, we need to go down. The wifi also not working well. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken in the room that we stay."

"Good hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast had a nice variety of food to choose from. Really great value. A big mall with a supermarket was right across the street—definite bonus. "

"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."
