"First I would like to say that establishments should hire people that have skills to work in the public. The front desk staff the day of check in was horrible. They did not speak when I walked in to check in. The lady snatched my license out my hand . Did not give me any Information on incidental charge , just handed me the key card to the room and walked off . The pool didn’t have any water in it. We had to end up switching rooms bc the A/C and shower was not working. We didn’t have hot water...

"The room was very nice. It was spacious and very clean. The amenities available were also very convenient to have. The office staff and the cleaning staff were super friendly. The breakfast was adequate, it had waffles, fruits, pastries, coffee, juice, cereal and milk. A standard continental breakfast. The parking was also very plentiful and safe. For the price it was a diamond in the rough. I would highly recommend staying at this location. As a special note and perk there is a Quiktrip next...

"Room was clean. Staff was mediocre at best. Not very friendly. Walls are paper thin. Could hear people’s conversations from the next room. Breakfast was 6am to 9am. Went to get breakfast at 6:20 and there were no lights on in the room and nothing stocked. I don’t know if someone called off or what. We went to McDonald’s next to eat. I was disappointed with this hotel even though the reviews were saying it was good. The only thing good I guess is the room was clean."
