Stuff were very helpful. Both of the front desk person was really polite and helpful, especially, Hasan. All the floor person were helpful too.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. The room had a bad smell, the furniture was old, and everything felt dirty. The staff behavior was also very poor, especially at the reception. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
