"We were incredibly disappointed in this hotel. We stayed in a king suite with a pull out bed, and our 2 daughters slept on that, which was horribly uncomfortable. They only provided one tiny pillow and thin blanket for that bed, and when I asked for additional pillows, the manager would not give me anymore. She told me only one pillow and blanket allowed per pull out bed, which was the dumbest thing I ever heard. The customer service is definitely lacking at this hotel. I know it's not a luxury hotel by any means, but it still almost cost $300 for this joke of a room. We will never stay here again and recommended you look elsewhere."
