"Air handler was so loud it was unusable. In fact, you can hear other room’s air handlers from your room. Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best. "We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Culpeper. We were seeing a concert at UVA but all of the hotels were sold out. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were all updated, the gym was amazing with nice equipment, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was also great. If we are ever staying in Culpeper again, we would definitely stay here!"

"Room was large and very nice. Bathroom floor and shower floor were a little slippery but Bathroom and walkin shower was very spacious. Room was at front of hotel and occasional street noise but nothing ridiculous. Lots of small shops and train station nearby. "

"Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). The staff was warm and gracious always anticipating our needs. They even had a Lucid EV charger that they allowed us to use prior to leaving to allieve my range...
