"Slow check in and very loud doorways but otherwise very nice hotel."

"Booked a handicap accessible room on line and prepaid. Checked in and room was not ADA compliant. Had a short toilet and no grab bars for assistance. Shower was a tub you had to step over and had 1 vertical grab bar, a second soap dish about forehead high was a head knocker. No grab bar to assist stepping out of tub. "Nice clean hotel. Really nice staff. Room was comfortable. Fridge with freezer is really nice to refreeze our ice packs. Microwave. Coffee maker. Pool was clean not too cold. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy biscuits, fruit, toast, waffles, cereal."

The breakfast area was clean and provided enough to eat: waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, sliced bread, cereals, oatmeal, milk, applesauce, fruit cups, coffee, tea, muffins, bagles. Cleaning staff will clean upon request and they chance the towels every day. They missed taking the trash every day though, but we told the front desk and immediately they put the request. "Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable."

"Unexpected circumstances happened during our three day stay. We were treated poorly by staff and manager. They were not helpful in anyway. Front desk staff was even rude. There are too many hotels nearby in this price range to stay at a hotel that is not flexible or kind when problems arise. Just choose another hotel."

"The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience."
