"The room was large and had plenty of room however it wasn’t very clean the pull out couch had something gross on the blankets so we used a clean sheet to cover it and I got a blanket out of my car. There was hair in the bathroom from someone else and the bathroom door had serious water damage (also only 3 towels for 5 people). The pool area had no dry towels but there were dirty wet ones all over the place in there. The front desk was pretty good. He was not the quickest person but overall did a good job. For the price the stay was good overall and the kids enjoyed to breakfast which is always a bonus."

"The staff was nice. But they had no cookies like they did at their hotel in Frankfort, KY. And the rooms were nice r in Frankfort, with chasing outlets built into the nightstands.... nothing like that in Louisville. The Louisville location needs to step up their game."

"The property was so nice and the breakfast was delicious. We went for Derby week and everything was great. They had a reception on Thursday with mint juleps and even an ornament for a keepsake. It couldn’t have been better."

"It was a slightly updated migrant hotel. Lots living there. It’s supposed to be smoke free but they were smoking in the rooms every night."

"Do not judge a book by its cover. They are doing renovation in the area around the hotel. Once you find the small entryway you will see a beautiful hotel. Inside is wonderful. Staff was kind and on top of everything you wanted. Bar in lobby. Food on premises or within walking distance. Grocery store a 1/2 block. We would stay there again. Very clean and quiet rooms. "

"I had a great stay here. They served a real breakfast, and the entire property was spotless. My room was especially comfortable and clean, and well maintained. I usually stick with larger hotel chains because smaller ones can be hit or miss, but this place completely exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again."
