"At first glance the room looked good, but a closer inspection revealed some sticky spots on the carpet, a hole in the bathroom wall where someone slammed the door open and an unplugged refrigerator that smelled very bad. There were some stains on the walls that looked like splatter from something, and there were suspicious stains on the ceiling just outside the bathroom that could've been mold from the moisture created by no venting in the bathroom. We didn't even bother to look at the microwave. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, so there were a couple of positives."

Staff made new food for my daughter to eliminate cross contamination risk. Very much appreciated. Our dislikes were that the bed was incredibly hard and the pillows too soft. "

"I wish we could have actually stayed through the night and enjoyed breakfast as planned. We kept trying to give chances to make it right but was left with being told thank you. We booked the suite just for a relaxing evening and the tub doesn't work. I called the front desk and was told sorry and then thank you. No offer to switch rooms. We checked out around midnight because the bed was hard as a rock and when we went downstairs with all our luggage the person at the front desks just checked us out and said we're all set like it wasn't obvious we didn't plan to not use something we spent money on. I didn't even try to mention anything to him, I could tell he just wanted us gone"

"Elevator got stuck... No microwave or breakfast.... Should've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. My grandson was so sad he couldn't make himself a waffle. Pretty hotel though..."

"I left something in the room of value and the staff immediately put it in the safe and had it ready for me when I came back to pick it up. That is amazing. The housekeeping staff was wonderful."

"I’m. Very strange place got there @930 am and had a strange feeling. And the more the day went on it got worse where I was throwing up just negative energy . You hear kids in the hallway and. Look and there isn’t anyone out there. I. Thought ok let me rest. I couldn’t bc the negative energy was that bad. I left at 1230 in the morning bc there was no way I was gonna be able to sleep also upon check in they ask for 30 deposit. I’ve never had that before. After i made my payment in full on Expedia "

" All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was the best. Coffee in the lobby 24 hours and free cookies in the evening!! There were some renovations being done but it did not interfere with the cleanliness. We stayed in a suite with queen beds and it was so nice. Highly recommend. "
