Khách sạn Jeisyville

"We stayed for 3 nights. The second day we got back from our activities and room service had not come by for fresh towels and to take the trash out. The next morning I stopped by the front desk to ask if they could come by. He said yes it has been assigned. We came back at 2 and no one had came by. I waited until 6 when i tried to call the front desk from the hotel room… twice with no answer. I called from my cell phone and they answered right away. She said they only clean rooms on the third day...

"Very kind and friendly staff-clean, updated room."

"Stay was fine outside of the bugs"

"Accommodations excellent and staff was exceptionally helpful with various requests ranging from replacing light bulbs to recommending excellent and reasonable restaurant."

"I could not believe this was a HILTON. I never stayed at a Hilton like this. The man at the front desk was very unfriendly when we checked in. When we checked our room out, we decided we could not sleep there comfortably. We went back to the front desk and no one was there. We waited for some time. I called the manager's phone number from the card at the front desk. There was no answer. A worker came by looking for the front desk person and then got someone to help us. The suite was not...

"Customer service on arrival was outstanding and questions about places to visit , was knowledgeable"

"Clean and comfortable for the most part. Housekeeping for stay over was a bit lacking. Our room card was mistakenly deactivated one day earlier than our check out. Was easily resolved, but aggravating."

"The sheets in my room were not clean 😡. The front desk attendant brought new sheets. These were too thin. Finally got a clean set."

"Desk staff not at all friendly. Just looking at their scree all the time. Still waiting for a Hello"

"We had a great one night stay. The only negative was that in our suite the ac did not work in our bedroom so we kept the door open to the living area. Our room was a little warm while sleeping but nothing unbearable."

"Bed bugs were found in the room and I talked to front desk regarding the situation at 12:42am on Sunday, I left at that time. They changed my card afterwards. I don't even know how they got my card information since I never gave it to them."

"Our 3 rooms were supposed to be by each other (they was able to get us on the same floor) and we did not enjoy the construction on the roof (they were putting shingles on it) then we could not enjoy the outdoor area bc of the construction"

"Smelled like weed. Breakfast was only cereal and toast. Mold in the bathroom. You get what you pay for."

"Our room had a broken window that was boarded up. There was dust and trash under the beds. The bathroom door would not close and the bathtub had burn marks (from cigarettes) although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room! The owner was extremely nice. I managed to misplace the room key and was only charged $5. It is a motel that several people call home. Not sure why we were given what had to be the worst room in the place?!"
